The Sakuchi air fryer cooks up quickly and these meatballs are almost perfect. The air fryer meatballs stayed nice and soft on the inside while slightly crispy on the outside.

Air Fryer Meatballs


  • 1 pound lean beef
  • ½ pound lean pork
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning


    1. Preheat the Sakuchi Air Fryer to 400°F (205°C).
    2. In a large bowl combine beef, pork, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix until well combined. 16 equal meatballs can be formed using an ice cream scoop.
    3. Place half of the meatballs in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes. Shake the basket and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Transfer to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining meatballs.
