If you've ever wondered what to do with overripe banana chips, the answer is toasted banana chips. Crunchy banana chips are great to use in place of regular potato chips, and because they're baked, they're healthier!

Homemade Baked Banana Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

    Directions

    1. Preheat the Sakuchi air fryer to 250°F. Line the air fryer basket with a piece of absorbent paper.
    2. In a small bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of water with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
    3. Slice the bananas, about ⅛ inch thick coins, and brush with the lemon juice and water mixture. Sprinkle with kosher salt.
    4. Bake at 250F for about an hour and a half until they are crisp, making sure to flip them halfway through.
    5. Take them out of the oven and let them cool.
