Ingredients
- 1 Tomahawk Steak
- 3 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh rosemary and baby tomatoes for garnish
Directions
1. Take the steak out of the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for 45 minutes.2. Preheat the Sakuchi Air Fryer to 300°F.
3. Brush the sides and edges of the steak with olive oil. Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.
4. In an 11-inch grill pan, fry the steak on both sides. About 3-4 minutes per side. Holding the steak with tongs can also help fry the edges.
5. Put the steak in the air fryer. About 35 minutes for rare, 45 minutes for medium-rare, and 55 minutes for medium. Be sure to use a digital thermometer to determine if the temperature is ripe.
6. Remove steak, cover tightly with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes. Then serve, garnished with fresh herbs.
