Squid and Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
- 3 pounds of shrimp meat
- 12 ounces spaghetti
- 4 ounces squid rings
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 small tomatoes
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Water
Directions
1. Bring water and salt to a boil in the Sakuchi stockpot over high heat, then add the pasta. Cook until al dente, remove and set aside to drain.2. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the butter, melt and add the shallots and garlic for 1 minute.
3. Cook the white wine and squid in the Sakuchi saucepan. Add the baby tomatoes after 5 minutes of cooking, add 1/4 cup of water, add salt, and cook for about 5 more minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly. Add shrimp, parsley, lemon juice, and salt to the frying pan.
4. Finally, add the pasta, stir well and serve!
