Squid and Shrimp Pasta


  • 3 pounds of shrimp meat
  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 4 ounces squid rings
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Water


    1. Bring water and salt to a boil in the Sakuchi stockpot over high heat, then add the pasta. Cook until al dente, remove and set aside to drain.
    2. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the butter, melt and add the shallots and garlic for 1 minute.
    3. Cook the white wine and squid in the Sakuchi saucepan. Add the baby tomatoes after 5 minutes of cooking, add 1/4 cup of water, add salt, and cook for about 5 more minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly. Add shrimp, parsley, lemon juice, and salt to the frying pan.
    4. Finally, add the pasta, stir well and serve!
