- 1 large octopus
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 lemon
Directions1. Wash the large octopus and cook it in a stockpot for 30-40 minutes.
2. Take out the cooked octopus,drain, and cut it into pieces.
3. Heat olive oil in the Sakuchi Deep Fry Pan, sauté the chopped garlic cloves until fragrant, add the octopus cubes and fry for about 10 minutes.
4. When it is about to come out of the pot, squeeze the lemon juice into the pot, add pepper and salt, and finally put it on a plate and enjoy the deliciousness!
