Pressure Cooker Delicious Potatoes

Pressure cooker potatoes are fluffy and soft on the inside, browned and crispy on the outside, and tossed with herbs. Incredible food! It used to usually be potato chips, now that I have this Sakuchi Pressure Cooker, I can make this delicious ready-to-eat potato dish!

Pressure Cooker Delicious Potatoes


  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pound of small potatoes, washed
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon chives, chopped
  • 2 herbs, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper


    1. Put the potatoes in the Sakuchi Pressure Cooker, and add water to cover the potatoes.
    2. Cook the potatoes for 5 minutes on high heat. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes. Open the pressure cooker and drain the potatoes.
    3. Heat the butter and oil together in a frying pan. Once the butter is melted, slowly add the potatoes to the Sakuchi fry pan, stirring well.
    4. Finally, sprinkle the chives and herbs on top and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Continue cooking until potatoes are browned, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
