A simple fried egg to serve with bread for a nutritious breakfast is great!

Ingredients
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- two large eggs
- 2 slices toasted wholemeal bread
Directions
1. Heat oil in the same pan over medium heat for 1 minute. Crack the eggs into the Sakuchi skillet and cook undisturbed for 3 minutes. Flip over with a spatula and cook for another 2 minutes.2. Place fried eggs on whole wheat bread, sprinkle with pepper, and serve.
