A simple fried egg to serve with bread for a nutritious breakfast is great!

Simple Fried Egg


  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • two large eggs
  • 2 slices toasted wholemeal bread


    1. Heat oil in the same pan over medium heat for 1 minute. Crack the eggs into the Sakuchi skillet and cook undisturbed for 3 minutes. Flip over with a spatula and cook for another 2 minutes.
    2. Place fried eggs on whole wheat bread, sprinkle with pepper, and serve.
