Sakuchi Cookware, the pot body is made of cast aluminum material.
Bakelite handle: better heat insulation and anti-scalding, with an ergonomic design.
Multiple composite bottom: It can be applied to various hot surfaces such as electric, gas, ceramic, charcoal, etc. Non-toxic non-stick coating (100% free of PFOA, LEAD, CADMIUM and other harmful chemicals).
The cast aluminum material is more durable and will not be deformed or warped. It is resistant to oxidation and does not rust.
The weight of cast aluminum is lighter than cast iron.
The heat conduction speed is faster and the heating is more uniform. The heat conduction speed of aluminum pot is 10-16 times that of stainless steel, which can save time and energy such as gas and electricity.

SAKUCHI's Cookware is made from professional-grade aluminum die-casting technology which are all 100% safe to use in contact with all foods (and FDA approved). Plus, the absence of potentially dangerous chemicals like PTFE, PFOA, PFAS, Lead, and Cadmium means that there is no chance of harmful materials leaching into your food, even if you accidentally scratch or overheat your pan.
Our products are all made in world-class factories, all of which adhere to our strict ethical manufacturing practices and maintain the required standards for BSCI or SMETA.
Cast aluminum cookware is naturally a non-stick cooking surface, so a very little amount of oil or butter will go a long way. We suggest coating the entire interior with a light dab using a paper towel or cloth to keep things silky smooth when cooking.
Low to medium heat is all you need! Our pans heat up in under a minute and can retain its temperature more efficiently compared to traditional cookware. You’ll be able to crisp and fry all day long thanks to our non-stick layers.
Yes, all non-stick coatings will slowly wear off given frequent use. Just like your favorite pair of shoes, the more you use them the faster they wear out. But with delicate care and cleaning,Sakuchi cookware is designed to last years!
Wooden, silicone, plastic, or nylon utensils are all great to use with your Caraway products! Rough, sharp edges of metal utensils can damage the non-stick coating, and we strongly recommend that you avoid these.
