SAKUCHI's all products are oven safe and all safe to use at 300°F.

Yes! Our Cookware is induction compatible, as long as the burners on your cooktop support our base sizes. Some induction cooktops may not support smaller base sizes so be sure to confirm this beforehand!

Cast aluminum cookware is naturally a non-stick cooking surface, so a very little amount of oil or butter will go a long way. We suggest coating the entire interior with a light dab using a paper towel or cloth to keep things silky smooth when cooking.

Wooden, silicone, plastic, or nylon utensils are all great to use with your Caraway products! Rough, sharp edges of metal utensils can damage the non-stick coating, and we strongly recommend that you avoid these.
