Returns and Replacements
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Notice! Please keep in mind that the free return policy only applies to orders that are defective or damaged! Unless you identify a severe fault or damage when you receive the product, you will be liable for shipping fees when returning it.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label only for a defective and damaged package, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Follow these steps to register your return.

- Step 3：Return the item after the support team approved your refund request.
Refunds will be applied to the form of the original payment method used to make the order. You will receive your refund within 3-5 working days after we have received your item.

Please contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted. When returning a product, please do the following:

Proof of purchase from Sakuchi is required for all returns.
Please provide your order number, payment screenshots, and any other relevant information as attachments.
Request For the Returned Items.
Items received unused (without the smell of perfume), unwashed, not in damaged or worn condition (only when the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt). Items received in original packaging and would not make any influence for second-sale.
- Custom items or designated sourced products
- Emergency response items
- Items Marked “Non-cancellable” and/or “non-Returnable”
Return and Refund Process.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 3-5 working days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Sakuchi ordered Cancellation Instructions for those items which are on the way:
Sakuchi team will be unable to cancel those orders which already have been shipped and are on the way to the customer’s address, or we are unable to cancel orders for immediate shipment.
You can replace an item through Your Orders if your replacement meets certain criteria.

The item being replaced must meet the following criteria:
- The actual delivery address matches the order address
- Shipped and sold by sakuchi.com
- Not an Add-On item
- Wasn't purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions).
Note: In most cases, you are required to return the original item received for a Replacement. You'll need to return the original item with a guide of Sakuchi.com Support center to avoid being charged for both the original and replaced items.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
You have up to 30 days to start your return from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return.
- We do not charge any extra fees on the returns for damaged and defective items.
- Items from different orders cannot be returned within the same package.
- Please DON'T return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolve your issue.
